SA weather this week — buckle up! 🤠
Starting HOT 🔥 — temps hitting the low-to-mid 90s Mon–Wed with a heat index near 100°F. Mornings will be foggy and cloudy, but afternoons clear up just in time for daily storm chances 3–8 PM. ⛈️
Then a BIG cooldown hits by the weekend — we’re talking upper 70s with rain. Almost 20 degrees cooler! 🌧️❄️

• 47 days on market — an increase from 42 days a year ago, indicating a moderation from the pandemic-era market frenzy.
• 3.8 months supply — still below the 5-6 months that economists typically associate with a balanced market, but showing signs of improvement.
• 6.4% mortgage rate — Freddie Mac reported a rate of 6.38% as of late March 2026.
The headline has shifted from “The Market Speaks” to “The Market Resets” to reflect the narrative that 2026 is best characterized not as a rebound, but rather as a reset, with prices stabilizing, inventory increasing, and buyers gaining more leverage.
