Janet Favela - KW Heritage

Janet Favela - KW Heritage Licensed Texas Realtor® for all your Real Estate needs. She understands the hardship and stress that is involved with every move.

Janet began her real estate career in 2006 in Lawton, Oklahoma where she resided in her new life as a military spouse. Relocating with the Army a number of times has allowed her to gain expertise in the relocation process for others. Before moving to Killeen, Texas, Janet was trained by Jay Kinder, her previous broker who established himself as one of the top agents in the world ranking at #2 for Coldwell Banker and #1 in the state of Oklahoma from 2002-2010. Janet worked at Jay Kinder Real Estate Experts before moving back to the central part of Texas. Janet is proud to have worked for an established agent with great background as it allowed her to grow in knowledge from sales to resales alone and much more. She is originally from San Antonio and is fluent in both Spanish and English. It comes as no surprise her excitement to help other families find their dream home in her home state and city. Janet is also a mother of two, soon to be three, beautiful children and has been married for 11 years to an active duty soldier. She enjoys all aspects of Texas living. Passionate about helping others, Janet's ability to relate and assist comes naturally. She makes sure new residents feel welcomed in such a way that has become customary in central Texas.
