Hello neighbors! For those who are opposed to Lennar Homes building tract housing on the Guajolote Ranch, and more importantly dumping ONE MILLION GALLONS OF SEWAGE EFFLUENT A DAY on top of the ranch a few yards from The Canyons at Scenic Loop (where the Helotes Creek starts), you may want to attend the public hearing of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, 7pm, at the DoubleTree by Hilton located at 6809 N Loop 1604 W, San Antonio, TX, 78249. People are allowed to address the TCEQ during the second half of the meeting. Or you can submit written comments that are due no later than May 9, when public comment ends. Attached is the newest ad that the Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance is releasing today encouraging TCEQ to deny Lennar's application. I urge as many of you as possible to attend to demonstrate the citizens’ strong opposition to this horrible proposal. Thank you.
