Y’all, this property has set a new record that I don’t think I’ll ever beat…my investor client and I went under contract and closed 24 hours later!! My real estate peeps will understand just how wild this timeline is.

To put it in perspective, a traditional timeline from going under contract to closing is typically 30 days. We were cash buyers, but even a cash deal’s timeline is 10-14 days. So to say our 24 hour timeline was a wild blur is an understatement 🥲.

But you know what? My buyer got a great deal AND we beat out a multiple offer situation. But even more than that, he owns a home he’s excited and passionate about! The vision he and his team of contractors painted me sounds beautiful, and I cannot wait to see their finished project.
