I used to think of home as just a place.
But after everything l’ve been through, I see it so differently now. Home isn’t just walls and a roof-it’s where life happens, where love grows, and where you find your safe place in the world.
When I got my real estate license, I was excited to help people find their perfect home. But then life hit me hard, really hard. My miracle baby was born early and spent a month in the NICU. Just weeks later, I lost my dad— suddenly, in front of me. My world stopped.
In that moment, I knew I had to put everything on hold. My family needed me, and honestly, I needed time to heal. I wasn’t in the right headspace to help someone with the biggest decision of their life when I was still picking up the pieces of mine.
But through it all, I kept coming back to one thing: home. The walls that held my grief, my healing, my babies’ laughter. The space that gave me strength when I felt broken. The place where I held my mom close, helped her start over, and made sure my own children still felt safe and loved.
And that’s why I’m here today. Because I know-now more than ever-that home isn’t just a transaction. It’s everything.
