What does this mean in my opinion??

You’ll gain more in appreciation by buying now than you will by waiting for interest rates to go drop.

When interest rates do start to go down, prices will most likely rise again because people will be able to afford more house and we will still have an inventory problem.

Most sellers today are offering concessions to buy down interest rates and new home builders have a ton of incentives to get a decent rate.

The time to buy is now.
