🏡 Every Set of Keys Tells a Different Story.

Recently, I had the opportunity to help one family successfully sell their home and another family purchase a new home while also securing a tenant for their previous property. Instead of selling, they were able to keep their home, generate rental income, and take another step toward building long-term wealth through real estate.

Three transactions. Three completely different goals. One thing they all had in common: someone needed a plan, guidance, and an advocate in their corner.

One of the things I love most about real estate is that every closing creates a ripple effect. Families begin new chapters, investments start working for their owners, and through my business, each transaction also helps support an animal rescue. Because while we're helping people find homes, we can also help homeless pets find theirs. 🐶🐱❤️

I believe real estate is about more than houses—it's about serving people, strengthening our community, and making a positive impact wherever we can. I'm also incredibly thankful to God for allowing me the opportunity to serve as a resource during these important moments in my clients' lives.

🏡🔑 From a last-minute showing to closing day—and a Spurs Finals game to top it off 🏀✨

A few weeks ago, my clients and I walked through a home with less than two hours remaining before the offer deadline. They loved it so we moved quickly, put together a strong offer, and after competing against multiple buyers, were blessed to come out on top.

Fast forward to yesterday, and I had the privilege of handing them the keys to their beautiful new home.

What makes this one even more special is that everything came together so smoothly. My clients walked into their new home with equity already in place, and before closing, we were also able to secure a tenant for their current condo—making the transition to their next chapter that much easier.

With the Spurs playing in the Finals that evening, it was only right to wear my Spurs shirt to closing and show some support. 🖤🤍

Most importantly, I’m thankful to God for the opportunity to help another family reach their goals and grateful for the trust my clients placed in me throughout the process.

As with every closing, my clients will be choosing an animal rescue to receive a donation. It’s one of my favorite ways to celebrate a new beginning while helping animals in need.

For the Spurs, although we didn’t secure the win- the series isn’t over. If there’s one thing San Antonio knows, it’s never count out the Spurs. Still believing, still cheering, and looking forward to the next game.

Real estate is more than a transaction—it’s about helping people move forward.

What began in a very difficult season has now come full circle. After navigating very challenging circumstances, my client is officially closing this chapter and stepping into a true fresh start. I had the privilege of helping her find her happy place in Devine and bringing this lot to market after the care and effort she put into preparing it.

Within just 6 days, we were under contract—and closed and funded in under 2 weeks. With thoughtful negotiations, we were also able to have the buyer cover both the title policy and survey.

✨Throughout it all, God’s hand was present in every step.
