Another home with spray foam in the attic. I really like this closed system. I think it's the new energy saver way of building. Inspecting attic's in this heatwave is brutal, but these attic's are actually comfortable.

Another inspection in the books. Lytle, TX. Not sure if it's worth fixing up...but who am I to judge. Vinyl siding over...? Tin roof over shingle. Floors collapsing. Doors that won't close (shifted frame). Hardwood floors eaten up by termites. Sheetrock cracks in almost every room. Electrical not grounded (or not working). Humming AC motor...

Today's inspection was a cute 3/2 way out in Fischer, TX. New AC, water heater, kitchen and bath...not so new was the propane tank. And the water meter could not be found. Called the owners, which didn't know where it was either....hmmmm. If you're selling your house...knowing where to cut the water off in case of emergency is something you need to know. Right?

New inspection today. Super nice house at the end of the road. Woods in the background...I could get lost in. Had a few issues, but nothing that couldn't get fixed. Even had RV covered parking (with electricty). The only downside for my is the all electric, no gas.

Inspecting a flip...I don't think it's ready to sell. Roof trusses altered, New electric stove without cord and no outlet for 220v (set up for a gas stove), New dishwasher with drain hose not hooked up...And some people want to skip inspections to save a few bucks.
