Warning! Just a short time ago, a loose pitbull which belongs to 11402 Estufa Canyon (at Strawhouse) attacked a small dog which was being walked on a leash. This home is a rental and it is managed by Tricon Property Management, who will be notified Monday morning. A sheriff's report has been made. Irresponsible pet owners are NOT going to be tolerated at Laurel Mountain Ranch!

Dear Tiger Sanitation, LLC. customers, yesterday tiger did something that they've never ever done before, they actually closed the lids on your bins after picking up your trash. It is safe to bring your cans in now because yes they are indeed empty. This post is not a joke.

Dearest mail lady, I know that you work very hard and I know that it's extremely hot outside and I'm guessing that you're probably underpaid although your benefits are second to none from what I hear.. and I'm not really sure who exactly is responsible for what keeps happening but here's the deal- myself, and other people that live here are getting packages that are addressed to people who don't live anywhere near us they are coming through USPS and are delivered directly at our door. The names are not similar, the addresses are not similar and these are totally different streets and I just cannot comprehend how this keeps happening. How in the world am I getting a huge package delivered to my door by somebody in a USPS mail vehicle where there is absolutely nothing on that label that is connected to me or my address? Now all of a sudden you have involved me in this scenario and I have no idea what's in these boxes maybe it's bad stuff? Maybe it's good stuff but there's stuff missing from it now I'm going to get the blame for it? Maybe the intended recipient of the package thinks I stole it from them because it's now at my house? Who knows? Do not involve me in your weird delivery schemes. And if you, dear mail lady are not the person who did this then please talk to whoever your people are who keep doing this because this is very frequent. I do not want to be responsible for somebody else's packages and trying to track down the owner and then figuring out how to get it to them.

It is fireworks time once again! But this time, there are new laws here in the county. One of those laws says the following,

A new state law enacted in September gives fire professionals and law enforcement the ability to charge a person with arson if they recklessly cause a fire that damages a structure or other property such as a motor vehicle. If a person is found guilty under this law, the penalty includes fines up to $10,000 and incarceration.

Additionally, fireworks in Laurel Mountain Ranch violates our CC&Rs. That's right, they are prohibited within the development.

If you have an animal, you know that it's your responsibility to make sure your animal is taken care of during this time. Keep them inside, keep them calm. Don't blame others for your animal's shortcomings or fear of fireworks.

Every holiday we hear the same people complaining about everybody else because their animals are having issues. And every holiday we see all these loose animals because people know that their fences need repairing, but they don't repair them. If your fence needs fixing, then fix it!

For the past 7 hours we've been hearing the same dogs barking over and over again so we made a video of it and will be reporting it to the county since this is an ongoing issue with these irresponsible dog owners. Obviously they can hear their dogs barking all night but they choose to ignore it and disrupt everybody's sleep. People are really sick and tired of this nonsense.

To the disgusting people on Oaks hike who dumped their old fence into the field on Emory Peak behind their new fence, you need to go clean up that crap. Going to report this to the county first thing Monday morning. The fines for dumping illegally are not cheap.
