Now Hiring: 1 Airbnb Cleaner & 1 Laundry Specialist (Steady, Long-Term Work)
I operate a high-volume short-term rental business with over 4 years of experience, Superhost status, and 3,000+ reviews. Most of my units are located in the downtown area. Because of our high volume, I am looking for reliable, long-term contractors who want steady work and consistent income rather than hunting for individual jobs.
I am currently hiring for two specific roles:
Role 1: Airbnb Cleaner (1 Position)
Responsible for full unit turnovers between guests.
Must maintain high cleaning standards and follow operational checklists to protect our ratings.
Role 2: Laundry Specialist (1 Position) - Downtown
Dedicated strictly to managing all laundry for the units.
Responsible for washing, treating stains, drying, folding, and organizing/bundling all linens and towels so they are perfectly prepped and ready for the cleaning team.
Requirements for BOTH roles:
Must be able to work as a 1099 contractor.
Must speak English.
Must have your own reliable car.
Pay is strictly hourly only (no per-unit flat rates).
Must be highly responsible and dependable.
