Good morning, Sungate Sunshines ☀️

We’d like to provide you with an early notice regarding upcoming changes to water bills. San Antonio Water System (SAWS) has proposed a rate increase expected to take effect around the summer months.

Please take a moment to review the article for more details on these proposed changes and how they may impact your future bills.

If approved, the average monthly water bill for residential customers would increase by around 8% starting July 1.

What a bloomiful day it was at Sungate! 🌸

National Plant a Flower Day gave us the perfect opportunity to start planting those spring vibes a little early. Our lovely residents were delighted to pick out a flower, and some even found a special bloom waiting for them at their door when they arrived home.

It’s the little things that count—and the little buds that bloom. 🌼💐
