🌭🌞 Today, we celebrated National Hot Dog Day at Sungate Apartments—and what a day it was!

An incredible 45 hot dogs were reserved... WOWZERS! 🤯

Want to know the craziest part? We were serving hot dogs during a tornado warning and some pretty wild weather, but our amazing Sungate Sunshines were determined to come grab their hot dogs anyway! 🌪️🌭

Despite the pouring rain and stormy skies, our community found a way to keep it sunny. ☀️💛

Thank you to everyone who came out, shared a smile, and made today's event one to remember. We truly have the best residents!

Tomorrow is National Hot Dog Day, and we're excited to celebrate with you!

Reservation messages were sent out today, so don't forget to reserve your hot dogs! Each resident will receive 2 complimentary hot dogs, and we'll have a variety of delicious toppings so you can build your perfect hot dog just the way you like it! 🌭🧅🧀🥒🍅

Good morning, Sungate Sunshines ☀️

We’d like to provide you with an early notice regarding upcoming changes to water bills. San Antonio Water System (SAWS) has proposed a rate increase expected to take effect around the summer months.

Please take a moment to review the article for more details on these proposed changes and how they may impact your future bills.

If approved, the average monthly water bill for residential customers would increase by around 8% starting July 1.
