According to Business Insider, mortgage rates are expected to decrease throughout 2024 and 2025. The National Association of Realtors(NAR) is predicting that mortgage rates will average 7.5% in the first quarter of 2024, and drop to 6.9% in the second quarter. The also predict that rates will continue to fall to 6.3% by the year end.
