Congratulations to Mr. Flores on the purchase of his home in the historic district of downtown San Antonio! David & I have worked together since late 2019 in search of the perfect home! David had a clear vision of what he wanted and never swayed from it! Well we did entertain some other properties that didn’t have the view of the tower but they never quite captured his vision. After years of searching and keeping in touch, we restarted our search and found the perfect one. There’s one thing that I’m a true believer in and it’s patience! Patience paid off.. oh boy did it.. Can you say $80k in equity?! YES, we negotiated a deal that appraised almost $100k over.. ching ching 💸💸💸💸💸

Funny story, well now it’s funny.. I showed the home next door and the key got stuck in the lock, the agent (same listing agent as this property) I called him, he was out of town, it was 100+ degrees out and the sun was beating down on me.. I had another appointment in 20mins, I received a call from the owner-got bi***ed out that I needed to get a locksmith..
He was furious!!! I called the agent and explained why is the owner calling me, we agreed that you would take care of it? We talked things through, I told him in these exact words “I know we started off on a sour note but I’m a let’s look to the silver lining through this all type of person” he laughed and said what’s that. I told him, my client is extremely interested in the home next door! Demeanors changed.. let’s just say, you attract bees 🐝 with honey not vinegar. 😉 At the end of the day, I want my clients to bee happy. 🗝️
