I am very happy and grateful to announce that today, along with my partners we acquired Boston Woods Apartments, 174 unit’s apartments in San Antonio, TX. I am humbled & blessed and wanted to Thank to all the investors who invested with us.

This institutional quality investment is a 174 unit, Class C apartment community located in the strong Class B community of San Antonio, TX. According to Costar data in May 2022 San Antonio secured the top spot among the nation’s cities in terms of adding more people between mid-2020 and mid-2021, according to the most-recent batch of estimates released by the U.S. Census Bureau.

My heartfelt Thanks and Gratitude for my mentor and Guru @ James Kandasamy for helping me in this. The deal sourced through Achieve Academy and Big Thank you for James who is the “Queen of Value Add Property Management” of Achieve properties and the great team of experts, who will be managing this property for us.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone involved in this acquisition, including all of our investors, Hart from Berkadia , and the legal team of @ Milton W. Colegrove Jr. and Nieh for helping us in this transaction.

I am very happy and so excited to announce that today, along with my partners Sridhar Sannidhi,Sanjay Gupta,Bani Maiti, Madina Shaik, Kapil Mishra, Manasa Chepuri and Nagajyothi Mailavaram we acquired Cedar Run, 416 unit’s apartments in Memphis, TN. I am humbled & blessed and wanted to Thank to all the investors who invested with us.
This institutional quality investment is a 416 unit, Class B apartment community located in the strong Class A community of Memphis, TN. According to Real page data in April 2021 Memphis is witnessing 15% rental growth and ranked 4th across USA for inbound migrations.
We want to give special thanks to our partner Madina Shaik who joined us in this great asset.
