Congratulations to Andrew & Jill on closing on the adjoining 50-acre parcel!

What many thought might not be possible, God proved differently.

This was one of the most complex transactions I’ve been involved in, with multiple heirs, ownership interests, multiple agents, title challenges, and a very real 1031 deadline working against us. More than once, it appeared the door would shut, then a solution would suddenly come together at exactly the right time.

I truly believe God’s hand was in this transaction. The timing of signed paperwork, title work, and obstacles clearing was almost impossible to explain.

Moments like this remind me that when God wants you to continue forward, obstacles that once seemed impossible often begin to clear.
