Sometime the market to sell or buy can be challenging. This home held very special memories for my seller but it was time to sell and with much patience and staying in tune with the market he was finally able to get what he wanted and still be over his bottom line. I am so happy for him to be able to feel good about it also going to a sweet family that were first time homebuyers.
