New chapter. Same Tiffany. 🎀🏡 Allow me to reintroduce myself.
I’m here to make real estate make sense; and I’m bringing a little more of my personality along for the ride.
🤠Texas is the 3rd state I’ve been licensed in. Each state made me go to school all over again, so I think it’s safe to say I know this stuff by now.
⚖️Currently in school for my Bachelor’s degree in Law, Policy, and Government. Working toward law school in the next few years to focus on property law, because I’m such a big real estate nerd.
📚I’m always down for a book recommendation. If it’s about real estate, finance, or even a fantastical young adult series.
🐶My 6 year old Yorkie, Rampion, is my whole world. There’s a whole nerdy story behind his name, too.
🎀I’ve moved a lot and lived in 6 states in my life, so I really understand the feeling of starting over. This is why I love helping people who are relocating.

From our first meeting where they thought they wouldn’t actually be ready to buy until after the new year, to finding a home that made them ready to go for it, my favorite part was watching this family plan how they would decorate for the holidays and FaceTime family out-of-state sharing what a great deal it was because this home easily would have cost twice as much in other markets. That’s my why.
