Happy Holidays Alamo Ranchers! This is a reminder that tomorrow is our Annual Winter Wonderland❄️☃️ Be sure to stop by with your family and join us at the ARCA Clubhouse for sweet treats and hot cocoa or apple cider. Parents we've got some boozy treats for you too! Santa will have gifts for the kiddos and The Grinch and Buddy the Elf will be here too! Enjoy the sparkles as you walk through our lighted decorations. We can't wait to see you!

📢MAKE YOUR VOICE KNOWN📢 Many of our homeowners should have received this postcard in the mail regarding our annual meeting on October 4, 2022! If you or a neighbor have not, please show them this post!

It is EXTREMELY important that we reach a quorum. As of this email, we only have ❗️19 ballots❗️ We must have 123 ballots to reach a quorum. This includes online ballots, absentee ballots, and those that choose to vote at the meeting. If we do not meet the quorum, we will have to reschedule the meeting, and this will duplicate the expense to the Association.

If you cannot attend the meeting, please take the time to vote. We have paper absentee ballots available at the office if you prefer to vote that way. You can also use the link below to print it yourself, or the document is fillable, and you can email it to the office.

**Remember you must be a homeowner and be registered on the website to vote online. Only Homeowners can vote** Registration is easy and takes just a few minutes if you do not already have an account.
