East Tenneesee Real Estate David Uzubell Knoxville Real Estate Agent Growing up in the Chicagoland area, I was taught that working hard and being honest would take you far in life.

I still live by those words today. I graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Accounting and from DeVry University with a B.S. in Information Technology. Throughout my career, I have held the professional positions of Business Owner, Controller, Accounting Manager, ERP Consultant, and Project Manager. My passion for real estate started when my wife and I started looking for our first home. Like many other couples, we created a list and looked at hundreds of homes before finding the perfect fit. After several years, we sold our home “For Sale by Owner” and moved to Phoenix. I enjoyed hosting open houses and meeting new people during the selling process. My wife and I also built 3 homes and enjoyed being able to customize our homes to meet our needs as our family grew from two to four. With the extreme weather differences of Chicago and Phoenix, plus the distance from our family in Chicago, we decided to make Knoxville our home. Knoxville has a relaxed lifestyle, beautiful weather, a central location, and friendly people. I want to help others secure their forever home and make it their Sweet Home Knoxville too!
