*** WARNING ***

For those of you who use Facebook Marketplace through your BUSINESS FB page to create listings, if you switch to the NEW Pages format, you will LOSE the ability to create new Marketplace Listings for your Business Page. And, you won't be able to access any of the ads you HAD listed already. Just a heads up...the only way I found to get it back was to switch BACK to Classic Pages.

To be clear, if you switch to the new Pages format, you can still post listings as YOURSELF, you just can't do it as your BUSINESS page. But that just isn't practical for me. So, do yourself a favor and DON'T switch to the new pages version.

Unfortunately, this new version will be forced on everyone at some point, I just hope they will have fixed that issue by then.

A few weeks ago, friend and Associate Broker with eXp, Dominic Bazan, approached me needing some help with a previous drone video someone else had done for him on a listing he's been trying to sell.

It was just a straight 1 minute video of a 966 acre property in the Valley near Edinburg. Nothing fancy. He asked me if I could "spice it up" requesting Spanish Guitar music to accompany it. The original video had no graphics on it so all graphics you see in this updated video were added by me.

Here is the finished product.
