✨Recently Sold | 514 Aster Trail ~ Stonewall Ranch✨
Proud to share another successful sale and under contract in only 11 days. My sellers did a phenomenal job maintaining and presenting their home, and I was honored to guide them through the entire process. Thoughtful preparation and strategic marketing truly make a difference.

Presentation and pricing remain key in today’s competitive environment!

At The Storrie Group at Phyllis Browning Company, we combine personalized client care with elevated branding and market insight, creating a powerful collaboration that consistently delivers exceptional results.

Considering a move in the new year? I’d love to discuss how our team, and my hands-on approach, can position your home for success.

Reach out anytime. I’d love to create a personalized plan for your home.

🎉 Celebrating 5 Years in Real Estate!

Five years ago, I took a leap into real estate—and what an incredible journey it’s been! Today I’m reflecting on these past five years with immense gratitude for everyone who has been a part of this chapter.

I’m so grateful to be with THE VERY BEST brokerage, the Phyllis Browning Company, and surrounded by such a supportive, fun, and driven group of professionals. A special thank you to Ruth Storrie—my rock and partner from the very beginning. Your wisdom, encouragement and friendship have meant everything. And to our incredible transaction coordinator, Hannah Martin, thank you for keeping us organized and making it all run smoothly behind the scenes.

Huge shoutout to the amazing network of professionals who help support my business—lenders, title companies, inspectors, photographers, and more. Your partnership makes all the difference!

To my amazing clients: thank you for your trust, your referrals, and the opportunity to guide you through some of life’s biggest decisions. You’ve made this journey not only possible—but truly meaningful. You’ve turned transactions into relationships, and for that, I’m forever grateful.

I love what I do because of the people I get to serve. Excited for what’s ahead, and so thankful for what’s been.

Here’s to the next 5 years—serving with heart, hustle, and gratitude.💛
