Another house we were able to help out a seller in need of letting go of a problem house last week. We spoke to the owner who had a horrible experience with a tennant who trashed their rental property. The owner then paid a contractor to repair the damage but the contractor decided to halfway repair the damage and leave the owner high and dry with even more of a problem house.
