UNDER CONTRACT 🏡
After a few crazy multiple-offer situations and a couple homes that just weren't meant to be, we found this one... and honestly, it feels like it was worth the wait.

My client is excited to move back closer to friends, be near more of the things he enjoys doing, and put down roots in an area that already feels like home. The backyard was a huge selling point, the location checks all the boxes, and overall it just felt like the right fit from the start.

Real estate has a funny way of working out sometimes. The homes that don't work out can be frustrating in the moment, but every now and then you find one that makes you realize why.

Now we're one step closer to getting him the keys, and I couldn't be more excited for him.

May felt a little like organized chaos... in the best way.

A few highlights:
• 4 families officially got the keys to their new homes 🏡
• 4 more families went under contract 🔑
• Showed 37 homes across the San Antonio area (from Pleasanton to New Braunfels to Castroville back to San Antonio and everywhere in between) 🚗
• Found a few new local favorites around town 🌮
• Some walks on the Old No. 9 Trail with Tyler and the pups 🐾
• Started watching Dutton Ranch and somehow managed to binge Off Campus too 📺

This month felt busy in all the right ways. Lots of time on the road, lots of conversations, lots of homes, and lots of families making big moves.

And when I wasn't working? I was probably at Orange Theory, walking the dogs, catching up on a show, or trying a new spot around town.

A full month, a grateful heart, and a lot to look forward to.

Hot take: not every home upgrade is worth the money. 👀

One of the biggest misconceptions I see as a Realtor is homeowners assuming every renovation automatically increases their home’s value. Sometimes the smaller, less exciting updates are actually the ones that move the needle most with buyers!

Fresh paint, landscaping cleanup, updated electrical panels… those things matter more than people think.

And on the flip side, there are some expensive projects that don’t always give you the return you’d expect.

Before we list our client's homes, we walk through everything together and talk about what’s actually worth prioritizing based on their goals, timeline, and neighborhood. Because at the end of the day, the goal is to help you maximize your sale while keeping as much money in your pocket as possible.

UNDER CONTRACT 🏡
This one is a full circle moment for my clients and I!

I helped these clients find a rental last year when they were moving here from out of state on a tight timeline…and now we have them under contract on a home of their own. 🤍

Since they've been here, they've had time to explore San Antonio and really figure out what they wanted and where they wanted to be, so when we started looking, they already knew their focus area!

Once we saw this home, it just made sense for them!
Enough space for family to come stay (which was a big one) and backing up to a golf course they already love. ⛳️

So excited for them to officially plant roots here.

This one feels like such a good next step for my clients.

We’re helping them sell their current home and move into this one with everything lined up so they can close on both the same day! (the dream 👀)

Once I showed them this home, they knew pretty quickly this was the one. The space, the layout for hosting, and having room to grow into as they start this next chapter together just made sense. 🤍 Our clients love having their family over, so having a home that actually fits that part of their life was really important, and this one checks that box in the best way.

Now we’re just focused on getting them all the way to the finish line as smoothly as possible.

This past month was one of those good mixes of work, life, and everything in between.

A few highlights:
• Started the month still soaking up the last few days in Playa Mujeres 🌴
• Headed to the Valero Open on Easter with clients turned friends ⛳️
• 4 more families officially under contract 🏡
• Celebrated hitting our Sage Oak Q1 goal with a day in Fredericksburg 🍷
• Rented an RV and spent the weekend at our neighbor’s 1,000 lb crawfish boil in Hallettsville 😂

A lot of moving pieces behind the scenes, but months like this are a reminder of why I love what I do.

And yes… I live and die by my calendar to keep it all straight. 😂
