San Antonio has some wonderful mid-century modern gems. There are also many mid-century ranch style homes just waiting for the right owner to renovate. Too often, however, investors seem to not quite grasp the appropriate style for these homes. As I search the MLS, I see too many 60s ranch homes redone with today's pallet of white cabinets and gray laminate floors. They look nice, but they just don't fit the style of the house.
