1. Listing photos: Imagine youâre a buyer and are seeing your home for the first time through the listing photos. Do the photos make you want to go on a tour of your home? If not, it might be worth retaking them. đ¸
2. Curb appeal: Your homeâs exterior is a buyerâs first impression of your home. Take a walk outside and see if thereâs anything you can do to spruce up that first impression.
3. Price tag: A too-high listing price is one of the main reasons homes sit on the market. Talk with your agent about making your listing price more attractive to buyers.
4. Staging: Can buyers see how they could live their lives in your home? This is where staging is helpful to highlight all of your homeâs best features! đŞ
5. Marketing strategy: Talk with your agent about your marketing strategy. If youâre not attracting the right buyers, switch up your strategy to get in front of buyers your home would be great for.
