Job Description
This position is responsible for coordinating, executing and inspecting the “make-ready” units to ensure vacant apartment homes are returned to market in a ready status.
What your day might look like
· Complete all needed repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move in
· Ensures apartments homes have been properly caulked and sealed as needed.
· Performs touch-up paint for vacant and occupied units.
· Complete make-ready checklist and all other required maintenance documentation required by the Service Supervisor.
· Organize and maintain necessary supplies and tools.
· Communicate unit status to Community Manager.

· Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
· High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
· Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
