Who doesn’t love getting a great deal? I know I do! 🙋And when it comes to one of the biggest purchases of your life—your home—why not make sure you're getting the best deal possible?

This home I sold last year the buyer was originally working with another agent who was hesitant to submit lower offers. But I have no problem negotiating aggressively when it makes sense! I got them under contract $44K below asking price—a huge win for their situation.

Now, this isn’t something I recommend for every home or every buyer. Being aggressive with offers can mean missing out on your dream home, especially in a competitive market. That’s why it’s important to have a strategy that fits your situation.

Before you start house hunting, ask yourself:

✔️ Are you willing to risk losing it for a better deal?

I want to share my story about how I got into real estate.

Making the leap into real estate was a life- changing decision for me, and it all started with a dilemma. I had just completed my business degree and had a precious baby to take care of. The question loomed: Should I dive into the workforce or cherish those early moments with my child?
