Who doesn’t love getting a great deal? I know I do! 🙋And when it comes to one of the biggest purchases of your life—your home—why not make sure you're getting the best deal possible?

This home I sold last year the buyer was originally working with another agent who was hesitant to submit lower offers. But I have no problem negotiating aggressively when it makes sense! I got them under contract $44K below asking price—a huge win for their situation.

Now, this isn’t something I recommend for every home or every buyer. Being aggressive with offers can mean missing out on your dream home, especially in a competitive market. That’s why it’s important to have a strategy that fits your situation.

Before you start house hunting, ask yourself:
✔️ Is this your forever home or an investment?
✔️ How much do you really want this house?
✔️ Are you willing to risk losing it for a better deal?

I want to share my story about how I got into real estate.

Making the leap into real estate was a life- changing decision for me, and it all started with a dilemma. I had just completed my business degree and had a precious baby to take care of. The question loomed: Should I dive into the workforce or cherish those early moments with my child?

Fast forward to a pivotal moment: my husband's and I decided to move to Texas, and I was tasked with selling our condo back home, all on my own.
decided to take the 'For Sale by Owner" route and embarked on an exhilarating journey. Hosting open houses, crafting online marketing strategies, and engaging with potential buyers was an experience cherished.

It was during this time that the real estate bug bit me. I discovered my passion for working with people and relished the flexibility that the real estate industry offers. Real estate was something I could feel truly good about. It gave me the opportunity to make a positive impact on my clients' lives, helping them navigate through such a significant purchase and find the perfect place to call home.
