Add that up multiply that by 3 and 6 months.
Average mortgage. $1500
Utilities $250 (water,electricity )
HOA $100
Taxes $200
Maintanance $100

Average monthly expenses $2000/month x 3 $6000 or $12000.

So one way or another you will be out of that $.
