Ok. Are you ready for the outcome of this year’s protest? On one property I was able to get the tax appraisal down $12,210 and it was even lower than last year’s value!!!

Pretty good huh?

Well on the other property I was able to get it down $32,544!!!!

All this took me 20 minutes total talking to them on a zoom call. I submitted some pictures for needed repairs and just talked to her.

That is a total of $44,755 that I reduced my taxes.

Now remember those scammers out there that I warned you about wanting to charge 25% per thousand they could reduce your taxes? If I let them do that I would have had to pay them $11,188.75! What in the bloody F! It took me 20 minutes to do it myself. That means I could be making 33k/hr? I’m in the wrong business haha. I told you I can help you FOR FREE! (I mean if you wanna buy me a coffee, I won’t say no 😉)
