We were honored to bring together leaders from international soccer, local sports organizations, and global engagement initiatives for a meaningful conversation on how sports can foster cultural understanding, strengthen communities, and build connections across borders. The evening concluded with an exciting watch party among fellow soccer enthusiasts.

Well…what a run! Go Spurs Go 🖤🩶🤍

I can’t remember the last time our entire city was hyped up like that, together! The journey of the season was phenomenal and some of the best basketball we witnessed. 🏀

Our young team has many championships ahead of them. 🏆

Now that the NBA Finals are over, just think, I have so much to look forward to :

-Knicks Fans Will Leave SA
-I can Go back to watching my Turkish TV shows
-Lower blood pressure
-No longer wear black & silver in this heat
-I don’t have to listen to the nonstop opinion of NBA commentators & Chucky Churros

What a great way to start a morning! 🪏🏗️🚜🎋

Yesterday I joined members of the community for the groundbreaking of the Asian Resource Center of San Antonio — the first of its kind in our city! And a project led my three visionary women (Elisa, Kausi, Melinda).

A huge shoutout to Tims Oriental Market for their $250,000 contribution and HEB’s $300,000 contribution to the center!!!!

I can’t wait for us to host some of Mehr Foundation’s event at the center which is located in the heart of Stone Oak!
