It is shocking to me how many of these basic design mistakes people live with every day without asking themselves why does our home feel messy? Once I go into a home I am listing that is where the fun begins.
Preparing for photography, I ask my clients to move things around with me, so we can photograph their home in the best way to get top dollar. My clients are shocked how great their houses look with only a few changes. I normally bring in my own art because most people do not have large enough neutral and or original art. Art hung correctly makes a huge difference.
It always makes my day when clients and their families say I should sell art too!
I love my job and I can not stop thinking what would make this room look even better...I wished I could turn it off sometimes.
A recent listing I received a call from another agent asking me how I got my home under contract in 4 days when there are many homes sitting there not selling.
I spent hours preparing that home and also 2 hours working with a great photographer to make sure that home was showed off in photos. We captured every detail that was a selling point.
