Big growth is coming to Guadalupe County!

A 544-acre mixed-use project at I-10 and TX-46 is now underway in Seguin, bringing a large retail hub, dining, housing, hospitality, medical space, and industrial development to the area.

The plan includes a major shopping destination, along with thousands of jobs and new services as the region continues to expand. Infrastructure work is expected to wrap in 2026, with early openings starting around 2027 and full buildout following in 2028.

What's been a quiet corridor is quickly becoming one of the next major growth spots in South-Central Texas. 🏗️
