Saturday was one of those days that reminds me exactly why I love what I do. 🤍

Spent the day showing homes across the Texas Hill Country — from Boerne to Center Point to Mountain Home — and every stop felt like its own little slice of heaven.

Winding roads, scenic views, wildflowers everywhere, wildlife casually minding their business, and homes tucked away off the beaten path where life just feels a little quieter. Texas Hill Country really does hit different. 🌿🏡

Days like this aren’t just about showing houses. They’re about helping people find a lifestyle they didn’t even realize they were craving.

And honestly? Somewhere between the deer sightings, backroads, and coffee-fueled GPS reroutes… I may have wanted to keep a few of these homes for myself. 😂

They call American Bullies “attention” or “companion” dogs… but nobody warned me that translates to:

“Excuse me ma’am, your entire life now belongs to me.” 😒😂

Been out showing homes all morning, walked through the door, and got hit with THESE eyes like I abandoned him for 47 business days.

So now I’m outside with Bootsie while he gets his trampoline time, zoomies, and every ounce of attention he believes he deserves (which is all of it). 🐶💀

Honestly… how do you say no to that face?

Four years ago today, I walked into the ER… and walked straight into a fight for my life.

Stage 3 colon cancer.
Emergency surgery within hours.
I was told if I didn’t have it—I likely wouldn’t have made it another week.

18 hours in surgery.
Woke up to a completely different life overnight.
A colostomy bag. Pain I can’t fully put into words.
Months of healing… followed by more surgeries… and more unknowns.

It wasn’t just physical—it tested everything in me.

But here’s what I know now:

I’m still here.

Because of my husband who refused to ignore the signs.
Because of incredible doctors and nurses who showed up for me.
Because of friends and family who held me up when I didn’t feel strong.
And because God had a different plan for my story.

This journey changed me in ways I never expected. It broke me down… and built me back stronger.

So if you’re at the beginning of something hard right now—whatever that looks like for you—hear me when I say this:

KEEP GOING.

Even when it’s ugly.
Even when it hurts.
Even when you don’t recognize your own life.

There is strength in you that you haven’t even tapped into yet.

If I made it through… you can too.

And today? I’m not just surviving.

I’m living. 🙏
