As one of our Leasing Representatives, Taylor's favorite part of her job is helping others and creating positive experiences for our residents. Meet Lindsay, our amazing Assistant Community Director! ✨

Lindsay plays a huge role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for our residents and helping our community truly feel like home. 💙

Fun fact: Lindsay used to play the flute in a mariachi group and even performed on a river boat while traveling down the river playing music for everyone along the way, how cool is that?! 🎶🚤

Her favorite part of the job is building meaningful connections with residents and helping make their living experience unforgettable as they begin new chapters in their lives.

When she’s not at work, Lindsay loves spending time with her family, fiancé, and her two very spoiled fur babies 🐾

Meet Joshua, our amazing Maintenance Director! 🔧✨ Josh returned to our Rim team earlier this year and has already made such a positive impact on the community and team. One of his favorite parts of the job is helping team members grow and develop into maintenance pros. 💪

Fun fact: Josh is 15% Italian… which may explain both his strong work ethic and great taste in food 🍝😄 When he’s off the clock, you can usually find him out running because keeping the property running smoothly apparently isn’t enough cardio!
