Don’t believe everything you hear about the real estate market.

According to SABOR, 3,328 homes sold in July. That means 3,328 buyers and 3,328 sellers were able to move forward with their real estate goals.

That’s 6,656 people involved in successful transactions, and that doesn’t even include many FSBOs, new construction sales, or other transactions outside the MLS.

The market may look different than it did a few years ago, but people are still buying and selling every day.
