Ms. Maudel Nolan Hardie owners and manages Hardie & Associates Realtors, a full-service real estate brokerage. She has over 30 years experience and this is the 28th year she has been in business. With her team of agents, she provides a range of services, to include residential, commercial, investment, government foreclosure and first - time buyer programs, as well as full -service property management to included apartment (unit) locating. Well diversified to fit the economy. Hardie and Associates can arrange and oversee everything for a client, from sourcing a property to closing the deal to arranging rehabbing, if necessary, as well as managing sites for out-of-state owners. Ms. Hardie studied law at the University of Texas at San Antonio, earning a degree in criminal justice. Her fascination with property management and real estate brokering came as she helped manage some family properties. She grew up on San Antonio's Northeast side and has lived and worked in the area her whole life. Ms. Hardies' help has extended to membership in a number of professional and Business associations, such as the Business and Professional Women's Club of San Antonio, San Antonio Real Estate Brokers Association, the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (Realtisit),the San Antonio Board of Realtors, The Texas Federation of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Ms. Hardie is also a trustee and scholarship chair for the Constance Allen Heritage Guild for Lifetime Learning. Lifetime learning is something she believes in. Ms. Hardie years of experience has allowed her to Broker Deals such as the $1.1 Million sale of the North Alamo Building, formerly the Alden Hotel in San Antonio. Ms. Hardie loves the support she receives from worship and family. She is very proud of her daughter, who is also a Realtor, two granddaughters who will also be joining the family business, in addition to our youngest member of the family.
