Hello all.

Here’s one of the services I do...evictions will most likely happen come January.
If anyone is looking for a home, but doesn’t have the credit and/or down payment, you CAN take over their mortgage with it still in the previous owner’s name, but the deed will be transferred to YOUR name. Yes the home is legally yours. Own the deed, but not the mortgage. No closing costs or carrying costs. No brainer!
