Myths aka misinformation runs rampant these days.

Checking your score with a soft pull doesn’t hurt you one bit. Having a hard pull barely puts a dent (2-3 points).

Renting is sometimes a good idea depending on your circumstances. Do I love to rent absolutely not, I’ve made good money every-time I’ve sold a home. But yes I’ve rented at certain times in my life when buying wasn’t smart.

Never pay off any debt without talking to me (your loan officer for life) and certainly don’t close anything until we talk. This could have detrimental effects on your credit score.

Sure, you could wait for rates to drop we’ve been thinking that they were going to drop for four years now all a while Real Estate has been going up in most places. And some markets across the state of Texas for example prices are down making it a great buyers market. Do I think that rates are ever gonna go to two or 3% again absolutely not. And if they do something catastrophic happened in our market. That I don’t really want.

Think no one is buying? Definitely a myth. I helped 17 families in the month of August. And 17 families in the month of July. People are definitely buying it. Just depends on your circumstances if it’s right for you right now or not.

Can AI give you the answers that you need? Maybe , maybe not. Whatever you do call the real human to get real answers. Hopefully you choose me to be your human!!
