Waiting to buy a home could actually cost you MORE in the long run.

I know, I know… everyone keeps saying, “I’m just going to wait until rates come down.”

But here’s what most people forget:

If rates come down, more buyers jump back into the market.
More buyers = more competition.
More competition = higher home prices and fewer seller concessions.

Right now, you may have something buyers haven’t had in years: negotiating power.

You may be able to negotiate the price, ask for closing costs, get a seller-paid rate buydown, and avoid fighting 10 other buyers for the same house.

And if rates eventually drop? You can refinance.

You can refinance an interest rate.

You can’t refinance the price you paid for the house.

So before you decide to “wait and see,” let’s actually run the numbers. You might be surprised what waiting could cost you. 🏡🔑
