Great opportunity to work in an office setting but not in the “corporate” environment! We are seeking an Office Coordinator to work in an environmental consulting office with the Office Manager.
Office Coordinators provide support by handling the routine office work and administrative responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-- Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
-- Providing quotes/pricing on-demand to inquiring clients
-- Working with the General Manager on scheduling inspections
-- Greeting customers and visitors to the office
-- Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and breakroom supplies
-- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
-- Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
-- Reviewing reports and assessments for quality control
Skills and Qualifications
-- Strong written and verbal communication skills
-- Excellent organizational and time management skills
-- Great customer service and interpersonal skills
-- Friendly, service-oriented personality
-- Keen attention to detail
-- Problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills
-- Proficiency with Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office Applications, and Adobe
-- Experience with Quickbooks, preferred, but not required
-- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
-- Motivation to learn the industry and grow with the company
Requirements:
-- High School Diploma or GED
-- Minimum two (2) years administrative experience
-- Sales experience, preferred, but not required
-- Reliable Transportation
We are an experienced environmental consulting firm that has been in operation since 1988. We offer a flexible schedule, on the job training, and room for advancement. We operate Monday through Friday.
