What a crazy time we are in right now!! I have sellers just waiting to put their home on the market but they are just not quite ready yet! I have other sellers that have moved forward and their property sold immediately. Virtual tools on everything real estate related are becoming a big part of the future. We are all working hard to adjust. My feeling is that when this lifts you need to be ready to get your home active as there are many, many sellers waiting to do just that and just as many buyers that are on hold right now!
