Some closings are about so much more than selling a home… ❤️🏡

This one was extra special, with a very special client who has now become a forever friend (as all do) 🥰

This home has been part of her story since 1958. It’s where she grew up, where she raised her own family, made a lifetime of memories, and eventually retired. So, as you can imagine, saying goodbye this week comes with ALL the emotions.

But as one beautiful chapter closes, an exciting new one begins. ❤️ She’s trading her longtime family home for a brand-new home in the lovely New Braunfels area, where she’ll be closer to friends and family and ready to make a whole new collection of memories.

These are the moments that remind me exactly why I LOVE what I do. Real estate isn’t just about houses, contracts, and closings—it’s about people, their stories, their memories, and helping them navigate some of life’s biggest transitions.

I’m so grateful she trusted me to walk alongside her through this one. Here’s to honoring all the memories made in the home she’s loved for so many years and celebrating everything waiting for her in this next chapter. 🥂🏡❤️
