San Antonio Water System (SAWS) has updated watering times based on feedback and the need to support energy conservation! 🌱💧 Homeowners have also expressed a preference for earlier watering times, according to data collected by SAWS.

Additionally, the previous evening watering hours (7-11 PM) coincide with peak power demand for the Texas power grid. At the request of CPS Energy, we're helping to shift power use to different times to ensure a more stable energy supply for all. ⚡🏡

Close call!!!🙏🙏🙏 Someone up there was watching out for me!
You never know what might happen... I was on my way to a listing appointment, driving down the expressway a little over 75 MPH, when I saw something fly up from the road, well up over the height of my car, I veered as far to the left as I could without hitting the car to my left, heavy traffic.
My windshield crashed, I thought maybe it bounced off after impact...not the case, it was sitting in the passenger seat. 😳
When I saw what it was, I feel very fortunate to be alive! My guardian angel was definitely working overtime!
Be careful out there, it's a crazy world!!!
