I am the mother of 3 children with my husband Larry (An Aggie) whom I have been married to for 23 years. I have a Bachelor in Science from Southwest Texas State University. I am active in my church community of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and School Community. I was PTC President at the kids school (2011-2013) and Communion Minister at Church and for the Homebound. I am on the Board of Friends of
the Ronald McDonald House and was Board President in 2015. Served on the Board of Development University of Incarnate Word in 2011. I am a Member of Texas Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Residential Institute (GRI), San Antonio Board of REALTORS. I am a Platinum Top 50 Winner 3 times of the last 12 years and have been an early Qualifier the last 8 years of 12 years. The San Antonio Business Journal for 2010 named me Top 50 REALTORS in San Antonio. I have sold over 100 Million in Sales in 16 years. I specialize in Listing as well as selling homes in and around the San Antonio area. I have sold homes as high as 1.2 million and as low as $52k. Yes, I am proud to say I have worked with the affluent as well as the proud first time homebuyers. It is my pleasure to see the faces of my clients when they purchase their home and build memories for a lifetime. I understand the importance of Education in my profession. It is imperative to keep up with the changing market, trends, and mortgage in the Real Estate industry. I have built numerous relationships with other agents in San Antonio and other parts of the US. I am also certified in Relocation with several companies. I am successful in part because of those relationships. I have built my business on referral from happy clients. I have had the honor to work with Chief of Staff of Hospitals, Military families, Judges, CFO’s, Finance Planners, Nurses, Doctors, Teachers, Young Professionals, Single Mothers, Retired, Investors, and First time home buyers right out of college. These people have all become part of my work family. When listing a home I have understood the importance of staging, pricing, and communication. My List Price to Sales Price is 97%, while San Antonio average is 93%. Because I think photography and staging is so important I tend to list my homes higher than most as they show well and can compete with the market. It is so important to have your house above the rest. In selling homes, communication and understanding the mortgage industry has earned me well to educate my buyers. There is a process in buying a home and I feel that I know San Antonio inventory and what sells well for re sale. I urge clients to purchase and choose homes with best re sale in mind. This again is how my business has grown over the years with repeat clients.
