Another summer closing! 23 years old and just closed on his first home. So proud of my client and the work he put in to get to the finish line and get his keys! He was hesitant at first because of credit score and money down but he didn’t let that stop him from achieving this goal! and I came up with a plan and it worked to perfection! He got it done! And look at that property! Over a quarter acre! Congrats, Rodolfo!

Congratulations to Hannah and Drake! First closing I actually get to attend this year and I was so happy to be able to hand them their keys to their beautiful home! They knew where they wanted to live and they had a monthly payment that they wanted to be at and I’m so thrilled that we checked both of those boxes! I work with Hannah’s mom at school and she reached out to me to get the process started and we got it done for her daughter! Shout out to Giovan Cavazos for always coming through! 🏡🎉🍾

Under contract on Super Bowl Sunday! Congrats to my client who locked in a full appliance package including the fridge washer and dryer, all closing costs paid, rate buy down covered with the first year starting at 2.99%, and blinds. We were at the right place at the right time, as this home was just reduced in price by over $18,000 and we got a little more off that with the offer that we submitted. Corner lot and great size yard secured also! Couldn’t be happier with this deal that she got!

So thankful I was able to help my clients sell their first home and purchase their forever home to start the new year! They started off this process going at it alone and asked me for advice and I always gave it. Then they saw that the new home builder they were previously under contract with had them list their home with a broker that was taking astronomical fees off the sale. The broker had to list their home super high to be able to get them anything in return so it was just sitting for months. Then he came to me and asked if I would just list their current home and I said sure. Then during the listing process I made them aware of crazy incentives that home builders were giving away and they fell in love with a highland home and it ended up being less expensive than the previous builder’s home! Great way to start 2024 for my clients!

People have their opinions about Lennar homes but in the end, having a home for your family that you are able to build equity in is a beautiful thing. I’ve had plenty of clients that have bought a Lennar home and upgraded because of the equity created. Also, with year end discounts and incentives like these, it makes it even easier to get into that home for your family!
