Can we talk about this for a second? 💔

Lately there's been a real uptick in buyers ghosting their realtor after weeks of showings, drives across town, and hours of work — then just... disappearing. No explanation, no "we went another direction," nothing.

What people don't always see: realtors aren't paid hourly. We don't get compensated for gas, time, or effort unless a deal closes. So when you ghost after we've shown you 10 homes and driven you all over the city, that's not just rude — it's real, unpaid labor that vanishes with you.

We show up for our clients. We skip meals, cancel our own plans, answer calls during our own hard days — because this job is personal to us. All we ask in return is basic respect: a text, a call, some communication.
