We definitely knew how to shake things up at Cheers to Community, Cocktail and W**e Tasting! 🍸✨

Our residents got hands-on with cocktail making, learned a few new tricks, and then wrapped up the evening with a w**e tasting. Good drinks, great company, and plenty of laughs made for the perfect evening together. 🍷

A big thank you to our wonderful hosts at Ashley & Steven Loman for helping us make the evening so much fun! Cheers to community! 🤍

TRUNK OR TREAT - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Saturday, October 24 | 5:00 - 8:00 PM

Calling All Trunk-or-Treat Volunteers!

Our Valley Ranch Halloween Boo Bash is just around the corner, and we're looking for enthusiastic residents, families, clubs, and community groups to help make our Trunk-or-Treat a spooktacular success!

Volunteering is easy. Participants are only responsible for decorating their vehicle and bringing their Halloween spirit. The Association will provide candy and small toys for volunteers to hand out while supplies last, making participation simple and fun for everyone.

Volunteer Incentive

Everyone who registers to participate in the Trunk-or-Treat will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card! Whether you sign up as an individual, family, or club, you'll be eligible for a chance to win. Clubs may choose to use the prize for their organization, while individual volunteers can keep the gift card for themselves. Spots are limited to the amount of parking spaces we have, sign up while there is still room!

Whether you create a spooky scene, a silly display, or a family-friendly Halloween masterpiece, your decorated trunk helps bring the magic of the event to life for our community's children and families.

We would love to have as many volunteers as possible to create an unforgettable Trunk-or-Treat experience. If you're interested in participating, please sign up using the volunteer registration form below. Additional details, setup information, and event guidelines can be found on the sign-up sheet.

Thank you for helping make Valley Ranch Boo Bash one of our most anticipated events of the year!
