Attention residents and friends of Parque De Oro....... Santa has asked that we please receive letters sent for him and that we send them as soon as they are received. Please tell your child/ren that his mailbox is here in the office if they'd like to send one. He also asked that they behave because his elves have been reporting that some kids have been naughty this year. 😉🎅🤶

Today has been a good day. Thanks to our amazing tenants and team, we were able to deliver toys to two separate schools. It fills our hearts to know that several children will open a gift on Christmas Day. A sincere THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for making this happen. Tis the season. 🎅

HOLIDAY DOOR DECORATING CONTEST
The holiday season is rapidly approaching, so we are holding our Annual Holiday Door Decorating Contest. Help us spread holiday cheer to your neighbors.
If you are interested in participating, please call the office so that we may enter your name and apartment number on our list.
Each apartment will be judged on their main entrance door only, not the surrounding areas. Door must be the main attraction. All will be judged on creativity and craftsmanship.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded to the winners.

Pictures will be taken on December 21st of all participating doors. Voting will happen December 28th and 29th and the announcement will be made January 8th.
