Listed by another agent for a LONG time. Because of that, when we took this one over we had to undo a lot of stigma on the house just because it was on the market for so long.

Marketing and selling these homes is more than just placing a lockbox on the door and taking photos.

It's knowing when the optimal showing times are. It's placing the lockbox in a place that directs their entry and tour through the home correctly. It's frequently checking on the property to make sure it shows properly. It's finding out what a buyer's real hot buttons are and making sure that you're really drilling down on those. It's keeping strong working relationships with some of the top agents in town.

When the market gets tough, it's even more imperative to have the right person working for you.

Highest priced sale in over two years and one of the highest ever!

Is the market slow? Maybe a little....but homes are still selling. It's more important than ever to have a talented agent working for you, both on the buying and selling side.

You'd be shocked at how many deals we're seeing not get done because the agent is doing a poor job representing their client (and the client has no idea).

It's too easy to get licensed. It's too easy to convince people to work with you. But actually pulling deals together and getting them to the closing table...that's a different story.
