With the recent vote from the U.S. Finance Committee, many were hoping to see interest rates come down. They didn’t — but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad time to buy or sell.

Here’s what you need to know:
✅ Interest rates are stable. Your rate will not increase once you lock it in. (While taxes and insurance can change over time, your interest rate itself is fixed.)
✅ Plenty of inventory. Buyers have more choices than we’ve seen in a while.
✅ Life doesn’t wait. Families grow, jobs transfer, people relocate — and that means real estate is always moving.
✅ Mortgage flexibility. You can always refinance if rates drop, or pay off your loan faster if you choose.

For buyers → Waiting for the “perfect” rate could mean missing the perfect home. Lock in now, and refinance later when the market shifts.
For sellers → Buyers are still active in every price point. If you’re ready to move, it’s a great time to list.
